fingernails

by Travis Schuster
(Louisville Kentucky)

I have finally come to the conclusion that my regular nails are not going to make it for they break all the time.

What do you know about acrylics and do I have to go to a manicurist?

What kind of acrylics do I need or what about ping pong balls. Is that something I can do on my own?

One thing you can do to improve nail strength is to improve your diet & add vitamin supplements. I don't know about anyone else but since I've been taking this liqiud nutrition not only has my general health improved but so has the strength and condition of my nails. I'd regard them as very strong now. You can't do any harm by trying it.

In the past when my nails did break and I really needed the nail to play I just bought the glue on nails from the chemist(drug store) and applied them myself. Just use a small amount of glue and then shape the nail to suit.

There was only one time when performing a resgueado technique that the nail flew off. Mostly it will be strong enough to hold.

I suppose you could go to a nail salon where they'll do it for you but I really wouldn't waste the money as it's quite easy to apply them yourself, especially when you get used to it.

I've never used a ping pong ball but I have heard of people that have successfully applied them. I'm just not sure if they used nail glue or something like super glue to adhere it.

I hope this has been of help.

Kind regards,
Trevor M.
