Other tips for chord changes

Also, make sure you choose the best fingers for the change. Sometimes you do not need to lift all fingers, sometimes you can use one finger as a guide towards the new position.

Also, make sure your left thumb is properly placed for each chord, people tend to forget the importance of the left thumb.

Sometimes, it is even necessary to get your thumb in position for the next chord in advance so as to ease the chord change. If you wish to tackle any chord change, you have to be very thorough, even if it means that the behaviour of each finger needs to be analyzed to find your problem and correct it.

And last but not least (actually probably the most important part), be mindful and concentrated on every move and sensation that arises during the chord change. This way you will learn quicker.
