Brasila Classical Guitar

I would like to know the origin on a guitar that one of my family members has. It was bought in 1989 in Tampa, FL.

It has a label inside the guitar that says "Brasilia, Made in Brazil" Made by T.G. S/A - C.G.C. 61196119/0001-76.

I am interested in the quality, the manufacturer, and value. I have looked on the internet for info and cannot locate anything. Any information would be appreciated.
