Tilman Hoppstock, Stephan Schmidt, Franz Halász

closely followed by: Hubert Käppel, Duo Sonare (Jens Wagner, Thomas Offermann), Thomas Müller-Pering, Michael Tröster, Jürgen Ruck, Brigitte Zaczek

But why stop with players. Germany also has the worlds finest luthiers making the best professional concert-level instruments: Matthias Dammann, Joachim Schneider, Mario Gropp, Karl-Heinz Römmich, Kolya Panhuyzen, Sebastian Stenzel, Fritz Ober, Bernhard Kresse, etc.
