Yes, it was certainly hard to narrow it down to three. Parkening is a magician with the instrument. His interpretation of the Villa Lobos Etude No. 11 is so alive it's hard to even think of any technical preparation...like all virtuosos, he makes it sound so natural.

And Segovia and Williams...the music speaks for itself.

Excellent comments Judy! Segovia was indeed "Mr Discipline" wasn't he? I love his apporoach to playing scales. He worked out how to play them on guitar so logically and smoothly.
